Academic Records: passed 10th Standard
Examination and should have a pass certificate of three years “Lineman trade”/
“Electrician trade” (ITC) imparted by the Industrial Training Institutes of
KEB/ KPTCL for S. No.1 and should have a pass certificate of 18/24 months
course in “Electrician/ Electronics/ Electronic Mechanic” trade from Industrial
Training Institutes (ITIs) recognized by Government of Karnataka for S. No.2.
Limitations of Age: Candidates should have
attained the age of 18 years and shall not be more than 35 years in case of
General Merit candidates, 38 years in case of Category IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB
candidates and 40 years in case of SC/ ST and Category I candidates. Age limit
should be reckoned as on last date of submission of applications. Age
relaxation will be applicable as per govt. rules.
Application Fee Info: Candidates have to pay
the application fee of Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred Only) in respect of
candidates belonging to General Category and Category I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB
and Rs 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) in respect of candidates belonging to
SC/ ST category. Fee should be paid in the form of Bank Challan at any of the
branches of State Bank of Mysore.
Selection Procedure: Selection of applicants
to the posts will be done on the basis of Endurance test/ Medical Examination.
Pay scale: Recruited
aspirants will be offered salary as Rs.7950-16790/-.
