Institutional Qualification: Participants must have Graduation Degree in Chemical or
Mechanical Engineering. Applicants with Post Graduate in Management
(Full Time) from reputed institution or those with proven international
exposure will have an added advantage.
Experience
Required:
Candidates should have minimum 18 years experience in unique levels of
management out of which five (05) years in a senior managerial position in
Cement Industry. Applicants’ with experience in Public Sector will have an
added advantage.
Age
Limit: Applying applicants age should not be exceed 65 years. Retired
hands with the above experience are also eligible to apply.
Salary
Details: All selected candidates will receive Rs.93, 500/- (Basic+ DA+
Interim Allowance+ HRA). 5 percent increment will be given on the consolidated
pay in the event of extension. Conveyance from residence to work stations and
back will be provided.
Selection Process: Candidates will be
selected based on their performance in face to face interview which will be
taken by selection cell of Organization.
