MNIT Jaipur has delivered the notification to operate Centralized Counselling for M. Tech/M. Plan (CCMT) for admissionin M.Tech /M.Plan courses in various NITs. Eligibility Criteria:
Necessary Requirements: Aspirants should have a
valid GATE Score in this year (calculated as per year this year procedure). Candidates must have secured 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60%
for OC/OB whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST
candidates in the qualifying degree.
Counselling Reporting Fees: Applicants need to make A
Payment of part of Institute fee of Rs.10, 000 /- for all Categories that will
be paid using e-challan of ICICI / SBI Bank (to be produced at the time of
reporting.
Selection Procedure of CCMT: The applicants will be
selected for counselling on the basis of GATE Scores.
CCMT Counselling Online Procedure
Candidates need to follow the steps given below to make the choice for desired college.- All the applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of their GATE Scores.
- Candidates who have allotted a seat are required to deposit the requisite fee through the e-Challan as mentioned above.
- Aspirants need to personally report to any of the ‘Reporting Centers' or ‘Allotted Institute’ according to the schedule given in the brochure.
- Participants are necessary to carry the original verified documents, submit Xerox copies of all important documents and proof of the initial fee payment to mark their receipt of the offer of seat and exercise “upgrade Options” if they so want.
- After completion of the verification of all required and essential documents and fee payment, contenders will be issued a Provisional Admission Letter.
Documents to Submitted: Applicants can get Print
out of the registration form, locked choices, provisional seat allotment letter
from the official site.
- Original GATE score card
- Allotment Letter (Colored photograph pasted on it)
- Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth
- Photo ID proof according to the Govt. of India norms
- Mark sheet of Class XII, X
- All semesters Grade/Mark sheets of qualifying examination
- Certificate of category (OBC/SC/ST), if applicable
- Degree / Provisional certificate, if degree is completed
- Undertaking by the candidate regarding OBC status in the required format
- Certificate for Persons With Disabilities (PWD), if applicable
- Proof of payment of part of Institute fee of Rs. 10,000/
