NSD Admission Application Form Overview
Course Available: Diploma
Course in Dramatic Arts
Eligibility Criteria:
Check all the lines written here.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have
any graduation degree in any subject from affiliated university, Participation
in at least 6 theatre productions and Working knowledge of Hindi and English.
Application Fee
Structure: Decided Application Fee for one programme is Rs. 1800/- and for
more than one programme Rs. 2500/-. Fee will be paid by using one of mode that
is Internet banking / online payment through Credit card / Debit card.
Age Limitation: Age
of the candidates should be as Minimum 20 years and maximum 30 years
Physical Fitness: The
students selected for admission will have to undergo a medical test for
physical fitness at NSD, New Delhi.
Scholarship
(Financial Assistance): After selection, candidates will be awarded by
scholarship of Rs 6000/- p.m. to meet their academic and other expenses.
Application Form
Availability: There are three ways to get the prospectus and application
form:
- Candidates may write (for request) to the organization along with crossed demand draft / pay order, payable at Delhi. of Rs. 225/- in favor of The Director, National School Of Drama, New Delhi and request for receiving application form by posts should be April.
- Prospectus and application form are also available at book shop of the national schools of drama. You may take it from there on cash payment of Rs. 150/- and then submit it at the given address below.
- Appliers may also download it from the official website of the organization that is nsd.gov.in. Application forms duly filled in and complete in all respects with demand draft of Rs. 150/- must reach at the stated address below.
Selection Method: There will be organized a
preliminary test / audition to select talented applicants. Medium of test will
be Hindi / English. Qualified students in this test will have to attend a
workshop of 4 to 5 days for final selection.
