declared now and at present application form is invited from those participants who belonging a below poverty line and who don’t able to make their house this houses scheme provided by government started from the named as INY which helps to provide houses to poor and needy family. This is most popular housing scheme of ministry of Rural Development this is good opportunity for houseless people who willing to get a home in INY they must registered. Under this scheme poor families will get financial support for their home this scheme is much benefited for all people who belong below poverty line. Through this scheme we believe that most of the eligible appliers will be able to get their own house. Under this scheme government provides 100, 90 days employment also according home and other part the areas of these houses is located in different places and good material will be used to for making theses houses for tolerate the all climate condition theses houses is available all areas such as hilly areas, plains and charges will be different to construction a new houses and its totally free of cost for all category candidates who are needy and lie in BPL. Development of New Houses
  • Plain area of Rs. 70000/-
  • Hilly States and troublesome areas & IAP districts Rs. seventy five 75,000
  • Up gradation of dilapidated kuccha home Rs. 15,000
  • Home websites for eligible landless Rs. 20,000
  • Administrative Expense 4% of funds released

Eligibility Criteria: This scheme is benefited for those people who belonging to below poverty line this is public housing scheme which provides home for poor families who living without a home Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, untied bonded employees, minorities & non-SC/ST rural family in the BPL the main target set of suitable applicants for the scheme of IAY.

Method will get fund in three installments for building your Home: Candidates have to apply filling the application form after applied for IAY house; your application will be forwarded to district offices. District level officer will be approving fund for your home. After that your fund will be transferred to your bank account.  Try to submit your ADHAR detail with application, for easily getting your funds in three instalments which is given below-

I) the first instalment should be given on the Awaas Divas along with the sanction order. It should not be more than 25% of the unit cost.

(ii) The 2nd instalment should be released on reaching the level lintel. It should not be less than 60% of the unit cost

(iii) The 3rd instalment 15% should be given only after the house including the sanitary latrine is constructed and the beneficiary starts living in the house.

Facilities Provided by IAY: Facility provided according to different schemes like
  • Drinking water
  • Electricity connection
  • Toilet for houses

Duration for Build a One House
  • Nine month from the date of construction up to starting level from the date of release of 1st instalment
  • Nine month from the date of release of 2nd instalment for completion.

Instruction to Apply:
  • Candidates can get their application form from their concerned Block officer.
  • Fill carefully all information and don’t forget to mention your serial No in BPL list
  • Attested regarding document for verification in BPL list and then submit dully filled application to BDO office.
