(i) “Others” (i.e.,) Applicants not belonging to SC’s, SC(A’)s, ST’s, MBC’s/DC’s, BC’s and BCM’s who have put in 5 years and more of service in the State / Central Government are not capable to apply if they are within the age limit.

II. Educational Qualification:
1. Applying applicants should have any Degree of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or any other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.

Note: Check-
(i).The qualification prescribed for these posts should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the order of studies 10th + HSC (or its equivalent)+ U.G. degree.
(ii). All applicants, who have written the final year degree examination, may also apply for the Preliminary Examination for direct recruitment to the posts included in Group-I Services.

TNPSC Group 3 Exam Eligibility: The eligibility for TNSPSC Group 3 exams are
Age Limit: Should be between 18-30 years

Nationality: Indian

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have Minimum Educational qualification 60% in H.S/Graduation from any Stream.

TNPSC Group 4 Exam Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Minimum: 18 years.

What is the Maximum Age Limit to Apply TNPSC Group 4 Exam?
There are two criteria for Maximum Age Limit for TNPSC Group IV Examination

Category 1. Applicants having only SSLC qualification which is considered as minimum qualification to write TNPSC Group 4 Exam (No higher studies like 12th, degree etc.)

TNPSC Group 8 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Age of the applicants should be above 25 years. Upper age limit would different for each category of applicants.

Educational qualification: Applicants must completed SSLC or its equivalent qualification (or) title of “Tamil Pulavar” recognized by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its Grant.
