Company Secretary: Must be Associate Member of the
Institute of Company Secretaries of India preferably with Degree in Law and
Knowledge of Taxation/Import-Export Policy/ working of Public Sector Units.
Sr. Manager: Should have Masters Degree in Law with
knowledge of Import-Export/ Trading/ e-Commerce and Computer Applications
Asstt. Manager: Must hold BE/ B.Tech. In Electronics/
IT/ Comp. Science or MCA degree with appropriate working experience
AM (Law): Should have Graduation Degree in Law with
Post Graduate Degree in Law and knowledge in Computer Applications.
MT (F&A): Must be CA or ICWA with knowledge In
Computer Application.
MT (HR/Admin / Operations): Bachelors Degree in any
discipline with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in concerned stream and having
knowledge in Computer Applications.
