Educational
Qualification, Age, Salary: See this-
Editorial Assistant
- Essential Qualification: Candidates must hold second class Degree in Arts or Science from a recognized University. Applicants must have working knowledge of book production, techniques, layout and proof correction. Proficiency in the language concerned
- Experience Required: Aspirants must have at least 3 years experience in collection, compilation and subbing of material of publication in Government/Semi Government publishing organization or reputable publishing house.
- Age Limitation: Age of candidates should be below 30 years.
- Salary Structure: Selected candidates will get monthly salary of Rs. 29,000/- (consolidated).
Assistant Editor
- Qualification Needed: Aspirants must possess Degree in Arts or Science from a recognized University.
- Experience Required: Contenders must have at least 5 years experience in compiling, editing, proof reading and typography etc., in an organization of repute. Proficiency in the language concerned is desirable.
- Desirable Qualification: Proficiency in the concerned language with experience in editing, working knowledge of computer software like MS Office and other publication related software is desirable.
- Restriction on Age: Age of applicants must be below 35 years.
- Pay Scale: After selection candidates will get monthly salary of Rs. 45,000/-.
Editor
- Essential Qualification: Candidates applying for this recruitment should possess Master’s Degree from a recognized University. For the post of Editor in Hindi, English and Urdu proficiency in concerned language will be essential.
- Experience Required: Entrants should hold 7 years experience of compiling, editing, writing and publication of books and journals, preferably school textbooks/supplementary readers. Knowledge of proof reading and typography and should be proficient in concerned language.
- Limitation on Age: Candidates should be below the age of 30.
- Stipend: Appointed candidates will be paid consolidated amount of salary of Rs. 55,000/-
Relaxation on Age: Age
relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and etc, may be given as per Government of India
instructions. The certificates issued by the Government of India shall only be
accepted for the purpose.
Selection
Process: Candidates
will recruit after their performance in interview. No Candidates will be paid
any travelling allowance or dearness allowance.
- For Editorial Assistant Post: Selection of applicants will be done on basis of Skill Test.
- For Assistant Editors and Editors Posts: Candidate’s selection will be done on basis of Skill Test and Personal Interview.
