Application Fee:
- Applicants who are going to appear in PES Scholastic Aptitude Test they need to pay application fee of Rs. 1050/- which can be paid through online (credit card/debit card/net banking) or offline (Challan/demand draft) mode.
- The DD will be made in the favor of “PES University General Fund” payable at Bangalore.
- Applicants who pay application fee through DD or Challan have to submit the DD/Challan along with the print application form in the given address.

PESSAT Admission Method:
Applicants who want to take admission in PES University for the B.Tech course
and other courses they need to give PES Scholastic Aptitude Test. On the basis
of PESSAT score and personal interview applicants will be shortlisted for
counseling. On the same day of the test in the examination centre the authority
will conduct the short interview. 60% seats will book for PESSAT candidates for
B.Tech programme. Remaining 40% seats will be filled through KCET a state level
exam. The main concern will be given to the PESSAT entrance test scores.
PESSAT Syllabus:
PESSAT Syllabus for engineering courses will comprise class 11th and 12th
level and for other courses it will cover Analytical & Logical Reasoning,
English Comprehensive/Verbal Ability, and Quantitative Reasoning and General
Awareness subject. Applicants may read textbook of class 11th and 12th
standard. Aspirants may also study previous years academic course books as per
the syllabus.
Exam Pattern:
The PESSAT Paper Pattern is different for all the courses, so here we are
sharing exam pattern for B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA/M.Com/MA (Economics) courses. See
these points-
- PES Scholastic Aptitude Test will be conducted only through online mode.
- Only for B.Des course, the exam will be held through paper and pen based.
- The PESSAT exam duration for other courses will be 2 hours and for B.Tech will be 3 hours.
- Total 180 questions will be asked for For B.Tech and For other courses, total 120 questions will be asked in the examination.
- There is no provision of negative marking.

Booking
- PESSAT Slot Booking is going to be begun from the 3rd week of April through online channel.
- In slot booking, applicants can reserve their exam date & time as per their preference.
- The slot booking process will be done on the first-come-first-serve basis.
- Applicants can reserve a slot by entering their personal information.
- No changes will be allowed once the slot booking done.

How To Apply For
PESSAT:
- All candidates should go the visit the official site of the university that is pes.edu
- On the home page choose “ADMISSIONS REGISTER FOR PESSAT” section and enter on the Know More” tab
- Read details of entrance test and enter on the “Register Now” button.
- Applicants need to go “NEW REGISTRATION” section and fill the PESSAT Registration Form with all required details.
- Press on the “Proceed” button.
- Further Fill Online Form with all required details.
- Now make the payment of application fee.
- While filling the application form you have to upload your latest passport size photo and other documents (if required) in proper manner.
- Press on the Submit option and take a print out of submitted form.
- Now applicants need to put the hardcopy of the application form in an envelope along with copy of stamped challan/ DD (If payment made by offline channels) and send it in a below stated address.
