- Applying candidates should have scored minimum 80% marks in class 12th and more than 80% marks can benefit the candidates for Scholarship in better way.
- On starting Graduation program, students will be able to entertain benefit as per the notice specifications.
- The annual income of parents should be 1 lakh only if the candidates wish to apply for scholarship form.
- Students of class 10th and 12th students are also eligible to receive scholarship benefits.

Welfare Scholarship Online Application
- Students are required to follow the below steps:
- Each and every aspirant must go to the official website of Bihar Welfare Department that is bcebcwelfare.bih.nic.in
- On the home page select appropriate link for scholarship application form.
- Candidates are required check eligibility details for the scholarship.
- Now appliers are required to fill online application form.
- Upload all documents and testimonials if required as referred in the official notification and then press submit button.
- On the end receive the hard copy submitted form
- Those who wish to submit it via offline mode then attach the required documents and send it to the office of the related District Welfare officer.
