Qualification
- For Attendant post: Pass M.E/ 07th examination and able to read, write and speak Odia.
- For the post of Doctor: MBBS degree from an. institution recognized by medical council of India with M.D. in Pediatrics/ Diploma of National board in Child Health.
- For post Pediatrician: Diploma in Child Health from any recognized university/ institution and valid registration from the Odisha council of Medical.
- For Post of Laboratory Technician: Passed +2 Science, examination under CHSE,(O)/ equivalent and passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any of the 3(three) Medical College & Hospitals of the State/ any other Private Institutions.
- For the post of Block Data Manager: Graduation with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and passed PGDCA/ DCA of one-year duration from recognized/ registered institute.
Limitation of Age:

- Minimum age limit should be 18 years and the maximum age will be based on the posts.
- For Attendant maximum age limit is 32years.
- For Doctor and Pediatrician maximum age limit is 65 years
- For Laboratory Technician age limit is 32 years
- For Block Data Manager posts age limit is 35 years.
- Relaxation in Upper age relaxation will be applicable for the reserved category candidates by 5 years for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women candidates and 10 years for PH candidates.
