Academic
Records: Applicants must have 8th class pass from
any recognized institution or board of education with minimum qualifying marks.
Age Limit:
Contender’s age must be between 18-25 years. The maximum age
limit can be relaxed by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC
candidates. The upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years for PWD / PH candidates,
15 years for PWD / PH candidates belonging to SC/ST and 13 years for PWD / PH
candidates belonging to OBC.
Selection
Process: Selection of the aspirants
will be on the basis of their appearance in written examination followed by the
Physical Endurance Test, personal interview. No TA/ DA will be paid to the
candidate for appearing in selection process.
Phase I: FCI
Watchman Written Exam: All the candidates must know that the written
examination will consist of a single Examination Paper for duration of 120
minutes. The WRITTEN TEST will comprise of 120 Multiple Choice Questions of
following subjects.
- General Knowledge and General Awareness
- Numerical Aptitude
- Reasoning
- Language (Hindi and English)
- Current Affairs
Phase-II: FCI
Watchman Physical Endurance Test: The successful candidates will be called
for Physical Endurance Test which will be of qualifying nature only. The
criteria will be as follows:
For Male Candidates:
- 1000 Meters Race - 5 Minutes in one Go
- Long Jump - 3.2 Meters in 3 Chances.
- HIGH JUMP - 1.1 Meters In 3 Chances
For Female Candidates:
- 800 Meters Race - 5 Minutes in one Go
- Long Jump - 2.5 Meters in 3 Chances
- HIGH JUMP - .75 Meters in 3 Chances
Structure
of Salary: Appointed
appliers will get pay scale Rs.8100 – 18070/- with grade pay other allowances
per month.
