UP CPAT Counselling
University of Lucknow is going to set up UP CPAT Counselling
for such students who have qualified in UP Combined Pre Ayush Test. UP
CPAT
Counselling will consist of several stages such as choice filling as per rank, document
verification, seat allotment and many more. First of all participants will have
to register for UP CPAT Counselling 1st & 2nd Round and and download UP
CPAT allotment letter. Willing appliers will be able
to enroll in BAMS, BUMS, BHMS courses after successfully appearing UP CPAT
Counselling. Each year University of Lucknow provide opportunity of admission
to eligible and awaited candidates in various Under Graduate and Post Graduate
courses. For more details you should go to second stanza.
Admission in this university will be given according to the
Entrance Exam and Merit List score of appliers. University of Lucknow will organize UP CPAT Counselling to provide
admission to candidates for BAMS, BUMS and BHMS courses.
As per the survey, UP CPAT Counselling process will have
four sections namely certification verification, Fee Payment, counseling
process, Seat allotment. Further information about UP CPAT Counselling are

How to do for UP CPAT Counselling Registration
See these steps-
- First of all willing students need to visit official website of conducting body.
- After reaching to home page choose suitable link for registration.
- Fill Registration Form very carefully and upload relevant documents/ certificates according to the requirement.
- Candidates have to register by paying Rs. 1000/- as non refundable counseling fee online by logging in using the roll number and generating the verification code.
- The verification code would be sent to the registered mobile number and email of the candidate.
Eligible Ranks:
The following candidates are eligible for choice filling
- General category candidates from state rank 1- 9973
- OBC candidates from state rank 1 to 11967
- SC candidates from state rank 1 to 11943
- ST candidates from state rank 1 to 11661
- All eligible sub category candidates
Choice Filling:
Choice filling will be commencing soon. Students registered for counseling have to fill their
choices according to their preferences.
In their own interest, candidates must fill in a
sufficiently large number of choices of college in decreasing order of
preference.
- Choices can be rearranged any number of times till final submission.
- Candidates can take a print out of the submitted choices even without locking
- Choices can be filled in multiple sessions. There is option to save these choices before logging out. Data not saved will be lost
- The choices filled by the candidate in CPAT are final and cannot be changed once locked
College Allotment
(Round 1): College allotment will be done soon-
- College allotment will be done strictly on the basis of overall rank of the candidate based on the performance in CPAT as well as the colleges he/she selects in order of preference during choice filling
- Seat allotment result will be available on candidate login
- All allotments would be provisional and subject to verification of documents
UP CPAT Counseling
letter Download (Round 1):
- Appliers have to download counseling letter and report for verification with all their original documents/certificates.
- Students have to submit option whether they want to participate in up gradation process or want to retain the allotted college before downloading the counseling letter.
- Details of fee submission and reporting time and venue would be given in this counseling letter.
Verification and
Seat Confirmation (Round 1): Document verification and seat
confirmation:
- The following activities would be carried out at the counseling centre.
- Biometric verification of candidates from data captured during test.
- Document verification for eligibility
- College Seat confirmation fee submission
Seat Confirmation
Fee:
- All the appliers will have to deposit Seat confirmation fee on the day of verification through bank draft in favour of Finance Officer, Lucknow University payable at Lucknow. The fee details are given below:
- General Category who have been allotted Government College have to submit bank draft of Rs. 19000/-
- OBC, SC and ST Category who have been allotted Government College have to submit bank draft of Rs. 15000/-
- All candidates who have been allotted private college have to submit bank draft of Rs. 50000/-.
UP CPAT College
Allotment (Round 2): Second college allotment would be carried out on
the choices submitted by the candidates during step 2 of these guidelines.
- Second college allotment will be done soon
- All candidates who were allotted college in first allotment and have opted for up gradation.
- All candidates who had filled their choices but were not allotted any college during first allotment.
- Candidates would not be considered during the second allotment process:
- Those who were allotted college during first allotment but did not report for verification and college confirmation.
- Those who were allotted college in first allotment and have opted to retain the allotted college

Counseling lLtter (Round 2):
- Applying candidates who have been finally allotted college in the second phase will have to download counseling letter and report for verification
- Details of fee submission and reporting details would be given in this counseling letter
Second
Verification and Seat Confirmation (Round 2):
- Second Verification and Seat Confirmation will be soon
- Aspirants who have been allotted seats in the second allotment have to report for verification and seat confirmation on below stated date.
- The same procedure will be followed as given in step 5 of these guidelines
Download UP CPAT
Allotment Letter:
- Downloading of Allotment Letter will be soon
- All those candidates who have submitted college confirmation fee in the first two rounds of counseling will be only able to download their allotment letter by using CPAT website.
Mop up UP CPAT
counseling:
- Mop Up Counseling Will be held soon
- You are required to know that the seats remaining vacant after second counseling will be filled on the basis of mop up counseling
- Those candidates who wish to participate in this round have to deposit non refundable counseling fee of Rs. 1000/- through credit card or debit card at the counseling venue.
- All candidates participating in the mop up counseling have to report with all original documents and a bank draft of Rs. 50000/- in favour of Finance Officer, Lucknow University payable at Lucknow as seat confirmation fee.
Reporting in
College:
- Report in the college
- Finally candidates have to report in the college on date stated below with Additional fee which need to be paid in the college along with the allotment letter and all original documents.
- At the time of reporting, all the candidates will have to show their photo ID
- Those students, who will fail to reach on time, will be declared as disqualified.
- College would be allotted on the basis of rank of candidates who will reach on time only as per UP CPAT Counselling Schedule.

- High school mark sheet.
- Intermediate mark sheet for eligibility.
- Proper category certificate (if applicable)
- Sub category certificate (if applicable)
- Bank draft of seat confirmation fee
- Photo ID and Address Proof (any one of the following)
- Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport
Document
Verification:
- Aspirants are required to attend UP CPAT Document Verification along with all required documents and certificated.
- Please bring below stated documents in original. Those will not bring required, will be declared as disqualified.
