UP CPAT
Eligibility:
- Applying candidate must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh
- The minimum age of participating contender must be 17 years
- Candidate must have completed his/her 12th class from a recognized board
Examination Fees:
At the time of Uttar Pradesh CPAT Online Application Form, aspirants are
required to pay UP CPAT Fees according to their category which is described
below. The amount of application will be submitted via online mode i.e. by
using Credit Card, Debit Card or via net banking services.

Selection Process:
Selection of candidates for admission will be done on the basis of performance
in UP CPAT exam. On the basis of UP CPAT merit list selection will be
done. Finally selected candidates after Combined Pre Ayush Test will be
called for UP CPAT Counselling.

Counselling:
After UP CPAT Merit List is published, selected candidates will be called for
Uttar Pradesh CPAT counselling. Final selection of candidates will be done in
the process of counselling. To appear in counselling, candidates need to
download UP CPAT Admit card as without it no contender will be allowed to
enter.

Registration Form: Check all the process then apply-
- First of all desirable students should go to he official website of COMBINED PRE AYUSH TEST.
- In this move select “Login” tab that is available in right top corner of home page.
- This press will navigate you to new page where you will see image.
- Candidates need to read them carefully and if you satisfy with it then select on I Agree tab and enter on “Proceed” tab.
- Fill all the required details in application form.
- Upload the documents carefully that are asked in proper dimensions-
- Photo should be uploaded in JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 50 KB only)
- Scanned Signature should be uploaded in jpeg format (Maximum upload size is 20 KB only)
- Scanned Right Thumb impression should be uploaded in jpeg format (Maximum upload size is 20 KB only)
- Now Make the payment of examination fee through online mode.
- After the payment view the status of payment and further download the Payment receipt.
- Moreover, you can hit on “submit” tab to submit the filled application form.
- At last hit on Download application form and take the print out of it for future use.
- Keep safe you registration id and password for UP CPAT login.
