Academic
Records
CEO - Applicants should have
degree with not less than ten years of experience in planning, managing,
coordinating, monitoring social and economic development activities.
International experience will be an important asset. Experience shall include
working with the government agencies, civil society organisations and rural /
urban poor communities. Experience in resource mobilisation for development
financing will be an asset. The candidate should be able to build, nurture,
inspire, lead and support multi-disciplinary teams of young professionals.
Needless to mention the candidate should have excellent communication skills.
While the person will be based on Delhi, She / he will be required to undertake
frequent travel across the country.
Sustainable Development Professionals –
Applying aspirants must have done their Graduate/Post Graduate in any
discipline/ MSW/ Social work/ Rural Development/ MBA/ Economics/ Public Health
and any related discipline. Minimum 3 years of Post Qualification experience in
Social Development work.
Executive (Finance) -
Graduate with CA from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India or CMA from
Institute of Cost Accountant of India/ MBA (Finance). Minimum 3 years Post
Qualification experience in project analysis, processing of contractual
payments, Tax Laws, preparation of financial reports etc.
Executive (Personal & Administration) –
Applicants must have Full time MBA (HR) from recognized university/ institute
approved by AICTE with 1st Division or equivalent CGPA. Minimum 3 years Post
Qualification experience in Recruitment, Training, Policy Management,
Performance Appraisal, Compliance to various strategic requirements,
Administrative work and Procurement etc.
