Exam Pattern For RBI Officer Grade B 2018

Phase I (Prelim Exam) Exam Pattern:
  • Phase I written exam is an objective type MCQs.
  • Questions will be asked from General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning.
  • General Awareness Section is for 80 questions for 80 marks.
  • English Language and Quantitative Aptitude consist of 30 questions for 30 marks.
  • Reasoning paper consists of 60 questions for 60 marks.
  • The total paper is for 200 questions for 200 marks.
  • Each wrong answer the negative mark will be 0.25.
  • Exam Duration is 2 Hours.


Phase II (Main Exam) Exam Pattern
  • Phase II written exam is Objective and Subjective.
  • Topics will come from Economic and Social Issues, English Language and Finance and Management/ Economics/ Statistics.
  • RBI Phase II consists of 100 marks.
  • The time duration for each section is 90 minutes.
  • Total time duration is 270 for 300 marks.
