Academic
Qualification:
For General Manager (Civil):
(1) Applicants must have First Class full time B.E. /
B. Tech. in Civil Engineering.
(2) Applicants should have minimum 29 years of post qualification in an industrial establishment or Public Sector Corporation or in a reputed Civil Construction Company and involved in the construction/ maintenance of Industrial, Commercial, residential complexes, infrastructure development works ,Project Planning, Estimation, Tendering, Execution and Project monitoring of Concrete, Structural and/or Pre-Engineered / Pre cast buildings.
(3) Must have Knowledge on CAD shall be an added advantage.

For Assistant General Manager (Security
Services):
(1) Applicants must have passed minimum qualification
of graduation and retired from Armed Forces (Army / Navy / Airforce) or Central
Paramilitary forces like CRPF / CISF / BSF / RPF in the rank of Commissioned Officers
or equivalently in the minimum rank of Assistant Commandant / Dy.
Superintendent of Police in Central Paramilitary forces.
(2) Aspirants should have minimum 23 years of post qualification experience out of which a minimum 06 years of Industrial Security Experience in large Scale Industry. Knowledge on Industrial Fire Safety and Fire Fighting Operations, Emergency preparedness, Rescue operation, First Aid Treatment etc.,shall be an added advantage. Candidates should know to read and write in Tamil and English.
(3) Proficiency in computer operation will be an added advantage.
(4) Job seekers must enclose attested copies of Post Military Industrial Security experience without fail.
