TNHB MKB Housing Scheme Benefits
- Dear beneficiary scheme is begin under PMAY so the beneficiary of the TNHB New Housing Scheme will obtain the benefits of PMAY.
- By the assist of this scheme, Tamil Nadu Housing Board will arrange a home loan from Bank like IIFL under PM Awas Yojana which would assist the beneficiary in purchasing the house through easy installments.
- An interested subsidy of 6.5 percent will be given to the beneficiary on the loan amount of Rs. 6.0 lakh and this loan will be given for the loan period of 15 years or less.
- Maximum subsidy of 2.2 lakh will be provided to a single beneficiary.
- Applications for flats in the scheme are being invited on first come first basis.

Administrative Officer, Special Project Division-1, Tamil Nadu Housing Board,

Chennai-600083 by paying the cost which further to be submitted with the
initial deposit in the same stead.
