An updated notification is brought up now for those
candidates who are ready to deposit the
ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test
Application Form for available
courses. Participants are suggested to use the active link for IBSAT Login process.
After apply successfully shortlisted applicants should download IBSAT Admit
Card, check Result, and other details. For IBSAT Login method, applicants will
have to fill login form to get their Application No. and Password to proceed
further in applying system. Those participants who will be IBSAT Exam they can
get admission in MBA/ PGDM/ Ph.D. Programmes in any of the 09 IBS campuses at
Bengaluru, Dehradun, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and
Ahmedabad.
For the assistance of ambitious candidates, all the parts of
syllabus and latest exam pattern for IBSAT is also published in this article. So guys make a better study plan and start
study to beat exam. After qualifying this exam, all the candidates need to

Criteria
For 2 year
Management Program:
- Candidates should possess Degree of Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks with medium of instruction as English.
- All applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis).
- Those, who didn’t possess education in English medium, should produce TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May.
- Applicants in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements (including practical examinations / viva / assignments) before May.
For PhD Program:
- Students need to possess Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks with medium of instruction as English and Post Graduation in Management (full time with specialization in Marketing/ Finance/ Human Resource Management/ Operations/ Economics/ Commerce/ Psychology/ Sociology/ Public Administration/ Statistics/ Mathematics or in an allied discipline from an UGC approved University) with 55% and above marks OR
- A Professional qualification like CFA/ CA/ CWA/ CS with 55% and above marks from recognized college or university.
- All applicants should have completed a minimum of 17 years of regular education (on 10+2+3+2 or 10+2+4+2 basis).
- Those, who have completed their graduation/ Post graduation on one time sitting basis or on part time, distance mode or online mode are not eligible for PhD program.
IBSAT Application Fee
Payment
- Candidates have to pay Rs. 1800/- as the application fee for ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test Application Form Submission.
- Fee can be paid by the means of Debit Card/ Credit Card or Net Banking for the IBSAT Application Form.
- For this you need to move your cursor to the ‘Admissions’ tab that is given at the above side of home page and after that select ‘Application Fee Payment’ option.
- Select suitable mode of payment and pay required fee through proper channel.

- For Full Time PhD, students have to pay only Rs. 40,000 towards admission fee. They get full waiver of tution fee of Rs. 60,000 per semester for 8 semesters subject to academic performance.
IBSAT Admission
Process: Selection of appliers will be done on the basis of their
performance in IBSAT Entrance Exam, Group Discussion and Interview. GMAT®/ CAT/
NMAT by GMACTM scores in place of IBSAT. Take help from IBSAT Sample Papers With Solutions to do preparation for
exam.
IBSAT Exam Pattern:
- Duration of examination will be 2 hours and there will be four sections.
- Total 140 questions will be asked in examination and there will be Negative marking for wrong question.

IBSAT Registration:
See these steps-
- First of al appliers will have to visit to the official portal i.e. ibsindia.org.
- In this move go to ‘Admissions’ tab on home page
- Enter on ‘IBSAT Complete Application’ link a new page will open.
- Read the complete instructions before enter to Apply Online’ tab.
- Follow ‘If you are registering for the first time, please here to go to registration form’.
- Select ‘Here’ link and IBSAT Registration Form will open on your computer screen.
- You need to enter asked information such as Personal Details, Permanent Address and Current Address.
- Press ‘Proceed’ tab and your registration form will be submitted.
- After completion of registration form, you will get confirmation on your registered Email and phone number.
- Only those, who will be successfully registered, will get Application No and Password for further process of IBSAT Login.
- After submission of fee candidates must go for IBSAT Application Login again.
- Now select ‘IBSAT Complete Application’ option and a new page will open on your screen.
- Enter your ‘Application No’ and ‘Password’ correctly in the text boxes and after that press tab ‘Login’.
- You need to fill Online Application Form completely with asked details correct.
- Don’t fill false information in your application form, because those who will be found guilt, will be rejected.
- Candidates should upload photograph (Color photograph – Full face till the shoulders) in jpeg or gif format.
- Size of photograph should not exceed by 25KB and should be approximately 140 – 160 pixels.
- Now press on submit button to deposit the filled ICFAI Application Form.
- In the end download and take print out submitted form and fee slip to show further.
