Qualification and Essential
Experience: Candidates must have-
Seaman ->
(1) 10th class (Matric) pass or equivalent.
(2) Three years experience in seagoing mechanized vessel
with two years in helmsman and seamanship work.
Greaser ->
(1) 10th class pass or equivalent.
(2) 03 years experience in seagoing mechanized vessel on
main and auxiliary machine maintenance seamanship work.
Skipper Mate ->
(1) Holding of 2nd hand certificate of fishing vessels
issued by MMD.
(2) X class or equivalent.
(3) 5 years sea experience.
Engine Driver ->
(1) Eight standard pass.
(2) 10 years experience in sea going vessel with 5 years on
independent auxiliary machinery.
Sukhani ->
(1) Matriculation or equivalent.
(2) 7 years service on sea going vessel with 2 years
experience in independent handling of mechanized craft.
Launch Mechanic ->
(1) Matriculation or equivalent.
(2) 5 years service on sea going vessel with one year on
independent charge of engine and auxiliary.
Unskilled Industrial Worker ->
(1) 10th class or equivalent.
(2) Should be fit for strenuous physical labour.
Selection
Procedure: Aspirants will be appointed on the
basis of Written Test / Personal Interview after screening of application which
