Educational Record: Applicants
must have
- M.B.A (HR) or MSW or 2 years Post graduate Diploma in personnel Management /Human Resources /Industrial Relations.
- A Degree in Law is desirable.
- Eight (8) years post qualification experience in the field of Personnel Management in a reputed manufacturing company.
Age Limit: Age
of the appliers must be between 18 to 44 years. No person
shall be eligible who has crossed 58 years of age (Superannuation age).
Relaxation of age permissible is-
- SC/ST & BCs: 05 years
- Physically challenged persons: 10 years
Application Fee:
Examination fee may be paid through Demand Draft in favour of “Air India
Limited., payable at Delhi. As per this info-
- For Gen / OBC Candidates: Rs. 500/-
- For SC/ST/BCC and PH Candidates: Rs. 150/
Method of
Selection: The candidates applying for will have to appear for the
written test and viva. Candidates will be shortlisted for documents
