Educational Qualification: Candidates must
be-
- Permanent resident of J&K state.
- One must have passed 10th class examination from recognized board and institution with at least 40% marks in case of open category and with 37% marks in case of reserve category.
- Those who are appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible
Application Fee: Candidates will have to pay application fee of Rs. 400/- through online
mode using credit card/debit card/net banking facilities.
Selection Method: Selection of job
seekers will be done on basis of their performance in Entrance Examination that
will be conducted by Council.

- Exam will be held via offline mode.
- Exam paper will of English medium only.
- Total 180 questions will be asked in Exam.
- Multiple choice questions will be asked.
- Duration of exam is maximum 3 hours
- For each wrong answer 2 marks will be deducted

- Pay fee through debit/ credit card and Net banking.
- Then upload self attested copies of Scanned Photograph, signature and relevant documents in support of age, Educational Qualification, Category.
