Post Name: Trainee Electrical Officer & Electrical Officer – 50 openings

Educational QualificationJob seekers should have B.E/B.TECH/Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics, and in possession of DG approved ETO course certificate and ETO COC for Trainee Electrical Officer and Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English with minimum 50% marks in final examination or must have obtained 50% marks in English subject either in 10th or 12th Standard exam, from recognized board for SCI Electrical Officer posts.

Age LimitAge of candidates must be between 30-45 years for Trainee Electrical Officer. Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates will be given. For Electrical Officer post Age of appliers should not be over 30 years. Age relaxation of 5 years applicable to SC/ST candidates as per existing Govt. Directives will be given.

Necessary Medical Standard: Job finders must have good health and be fit for sea service as per existing MS Medical rules 2000/MLC 2006 applicable to seafarers. Medical fitness check for selected candidates will be done through SCI empanelled DG approved Doctors. No waiver for above standard. Medical examination fees shall be borne by the candidates.

Selection ProcessJob seekers will recruit after their performance in Walk-In-Interview which held on different date as per departments.

Salary: Appliers will get following salary-
  • For SCI Trainee Electrical Officer Jobs: Rs. 2600/- to Rs. 3300/- per month
  • For SCI Electrical Officer Jobs: Rs. 10,000/- per month
