Hello and welcome to all the Indian
citizens, elections will be taken place in all over the country for
changing or retain the same
Prime Minister of the country. To allow the person
giving vote as per their choice they should have updated Voter ID Card.
Applicants should come to know that Election Commission of India has all rights
reserves to provide Voter ID Card or Electors Photo Identity Card to Indian
Citizens who are above 18 years. To download the Form6, candidates have to
visit the official website of National Voters Services Portal (NVSP) or they
can follow the below stated step by step procedure for प्ररुप 6.

Apply Criteria for Voter ID Card
Such individuals who are at least 18 years they
are advised to fill Voter ID Online Form. By showing relevant original
documents, applicants can deposit their form.
What
does your Voter ID Card Contains?
Voter ID card consists of sufficient personal
details issued by the Indian Government for Indian Nationals. Check the below
listed details on your वोटर आई कार्ड:
- A unique Serial number
- Photograph of the cardholder
- A hologram containing respective state/national symbol
- Name of card holder
- father’s Name of card holder
- Gender
- Card holder’s
- Card holder’s date of Birth
How to fill Voter ID Online Form
- Candidates will have to open the official website of National Voter’s Service Portal that is www.nvsp.in
- In first move go to option attached with register of new voter id link
- Now select “प्रारुप 6 Form 6 निर्वाचक नामावली में नाम सम्मिलित किए जाने के लिए आवेदन Inclusion of names for residents electors” “प्रारुप 6क Form 6 A किसी प्रवासी निर्वाचक द्वारा निर्वाचक नामावली में नाम सम्मिलित किए जाने के लिए आवेदन Inclusion of names for overseas electors” link
- Now you will see online ‘form 6’
- Applicants must fill in all the details form6 and submit form
- Additionally, applicant must upload a photo and supporting documents with reference to Voter ID Status.
Documents require applying for Voter ID:
- Proof of identity
- Proof of address
- Photograph
Procedure to make changes in Voter ID Card?
If you are going to make
changes/corrections in voter ID, you will have to visit the nearest election
office and fill “Form 8” indicating the corrections to be made in your voter ID
and submit the form along with relevant supporting documents to the Electoral
Registration Officer (ERO).

- Candidates must visit the official website of National Voter’s Service Portal that is www.nvsp.in
- Go to Track Application Status link available on the top on the homepage.
- In this step enter reference id number in provided box
- Confirm ID and enter on track status option.
- Shortly you can track your Voter ID Application Status.
