invited from all intending Citizens of India for allotment of Flats/Plots which
are Under Construction in Housing Colonies under Partially Self Financing
Schemes on free hold basis/Lease hold basis. Willing applicants are advised to
grab all aspects of details about HIMUDA New Schemes For Flats/Plots. Citizens
can apply by filling Registration Form.
Dear participants if you are those who have registered their
name under Demand Survey for allotment of
plots/houses/flats then you are eligible and also informed that 25% of the
units are reserved for registered applicants under demand survey in the area
already applied and in case they are interested to get these plots/houses/flats
allotted in their favour, they will also have to apply through prescribed form.
Further details for both existing and new appliers are declared for their
assistance regarding plot distribution in easy way.
How to obtain
Brochure of the schemes: The Brochure of the schemes along with application
form will be available for sale at HIMUDA Headquarter Nigam Vihar Shimla-2,
Divisional offices at Shimla, Parwanoo, Mandi & Dharamshala at a cost of
Rs. 500/- either in cash and by registered post Rs. 600/- (Non-Refundable) by way
of DD favouring CEO-cum-Secretary HIMUDA payable at Shimla. Application form
can also be downloaded from our website www.himuda.com on cost to be deposited
along with earnest money.
