Educational
Record: Applicants must have passed 10th (Matriculation) or
its equivalent qualification from recognized board or institutions. Applicants
should have computer knowledge and will be required to furnish basic computer
training certificate for at least 60 days from a recognized Computer Training
Institute.
Age Limit: Appliers’
age must be between 18 to 40 Years. Relaxation
will be given to reserved categories as per rules.
Mandatory Amount to
Pay:
- The candidates applying for Kerala Postal Circle recruitment have to furnish security amount of Rs. 25,000/- in the event of their appointment for the post of BPM and Rs. 10,000/- for other categories.
- The security shall be in the form of Fidelity Guarantee bond or National Savings Certificate pledged to the Department of Posts in the name of the President of India.
- Aspirants belonging to OC/OBC Male are required to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- at any Head Post Office as application fee.
- For making the payment candidate need to inform Registration Number at the PO Counter. Female and SC/ST candidates are exempted to pay such amount.
Selection Method: Selection
of appliers will be done through automatic generated merit list as per the
rules based on the candidate’s online submitted applications.

apply: All skilled applicants may check this process before apply-
- Open the site that is www.keralapost.gov.in
- On home page go “India Post Website” and enter on “Apply online for GDS posts”.
- Now press on “1193” tab which is given in front of the circle/state “Kerala”.
- Read all the complete details carefully and after reading, go back to the previous page.
- Now, enter on “Registration” tab and fill the details required there like your name, mobile number, date of birth etc. and after filling, press on “Submit Details” button.
- Now, your name will get registered and a unique registration number will be generated.
- After that go back and press “Apply Online” tab and enter the registration number and Kerala as circle.
- Candidates are required fill form and upload recent scanned passport size photograph and signature in prescribed size.
- See filled details and pres ok on “Submit” button.
- In the end you need to get print out of submitted form for future use.
