How to Apply: Candidates should go to the official
website www.formonline.net for registration of AMUPMDC Online
Application Form and check the notification for apply online mode,
fill the all desired field of application form, after that take a print out of
filled application form.
Now it is time to visit the official website of exam.
Candidates must read the instructions carefully for filling online ASSO CET Application Form. Enter on next button and ASSO CET Online
application form that will be displayed on the webpage. Candidate should fill
all compulsory columns of the application form by uploading scanned photograph
and signature. Before submit the form again check all entries. Now press enter
on submit button. After submission of ASSO CET application form Bank
Challan will be displayed. Take a print out of the Challan and make payment in
account of AMUPMDC in any Branch of State Bank of India in next two working
days onwards of ASSO CET registration. Unique Application number and
username will be available on SBI bank challan and same details will be mailed
to the candidate on their given E-mail ID. Applicants must login with ASSO CET Application No., User Name and Password to verify their application form
after depositing bank Challan. Keep a copy of the Bank challan, ASSO CET Application
Form confirmation page printout and note the ASSO CET registration number
and password.
Important Note: Dear candidates
for filling the application you must have size of photograph, signature and
certificate of Identity not greater than 35KB, 30KB and 100KB respectively. The
photograph, signature and Certificate of Identity should be either in '.jpeg'
or '.jpg' format.
The candidate should be submitted only one application form.
In case candidate submit more than one application form, they will be liable
for disqualification for appearing for ASSO CET entrance
exam.
