Full Details About CIDCO Flats
Dear friends, CIDCO’s own social housing for the MIG and HIG
segment in Kharghar under the name Valley Ship offered 1000 sq ft to 1500 sq ft
homes exorbitantly priced at Rs 50 lakh to Rs 1 crore. The flats that are being
developed by CIDCO at Kharghar’s Sector 36 cost more or less the same, if not
higher, than the prevailing market rate there. Through this scheme, CIDCO has
decided to offer 3,154 homes through a lottery system, at a price of Rs 5,124
per sq ft (308 sq ft for Rs 15.78 lakh).
House Reservation
(Booking): As per declaration by organization number of houses available
for this scheme is 1,224. Apart from this total, 802 houses are for Middle
Income Group (MIG). 422 houses are for High Income Group (HIG). Some of the
houses will also be reserved as follows:
- 5% for journalists working in Navi Mumbai
- 5% reservation for Members of Parliament (MPs), Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLs) & Members of the Legislative Councils (MLCs)
- 5% reservation for Project Affected Persons (PAPs).
