JIPMER MBBS Application Form
Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and
Research (JIPMER) has started to invite Online Application Form from
all
interested and deserving participants not later than closing date. To apply
online participants will have to read this notification. All willing
candidates’ selection will be done on the basis of candidate’s score in Entrance
Test. Important Dates are available below for all the visitors of the post.
All
such appliers must be ready to get admission in MBBS courses leading Institute
in the field of research and higher education and training in agricultural
sciences in India. Students are suggested send MBBS filled form online only. To
get admission in available courses; applicants must be aware about selection process in with
academic marks will be counted for counselling. Exam pattern and syllabus is
necessary to follow by the participants so that better performance can be done
in test at 75 examination centers.

Eligibility Criteria: Read this section of post-
Educational Record: Applicants must have
completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English and
must have secured aggregate of 50% marks in PCB. For SC/ST/OPH (reserved)
candidates, the minimum aggregate of 40% marks in PCB at 10+2 is required and
for OPH general candidates, the required marks will be 45%.
Age Limit: Age of
the students should be 17 years.
Application Fee: Payment of fee will be paid
through Internet Banking or Debit Card / Credit Card. No application fee for
OPH Candidates

- Candidates will have to visit the official website that is www.jipmer.edu.in
- Now move towards ‘Exam’ section, which is at bottom side of home page
- From opened page, choose appropriate link related to entrance exam notification.
- Now, must fill registration form correctly with desired information.
- After that submit application fee as mentioned in the above section of this page.
- And upload the digital images of their documents (if required).
- Take the print out of the application form for future use.

- Candidate’s personal and academic details
- Scanned images of photograph and signature in .jpg format (file size in between 20 KB to 200 KB). Dimension of the photograph and signature must be 30mm width x 45mm Height and 80mm width X 35mm height respectively.
- Valid address for further communication
- Valid Email ID and Contact Number
- Credit card and debit card details for fee payment
