Pay Details:
Appointed job seekers will get
compensation package (including market value of housing) will be equal
to Cost-to Company(CTC) band equivalent to Grade ‘F’ or Grade ‘C/D’ Officers in
the Bank as revised from time to time (Presently Rs.54.63 or Rs.26.84 / 36.91
lakh per annum subject to tax).
Educational
Record: Applicants
must have-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years; and Master’s Degree / Ph.D in Law from a recognized university.
- Individual must have at least ‘fifteen years’ or ‘seven years’ experience as an Advocate or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a large bank/financial institution /statutory corporation or in the Legal Department of Central/State Government or as a partner in a Law firm providing legal advice.
- Experience in Taxation laws, International laws, laws relating to Banking, Payment Systems, Forex and Cyber / IT Laws.
Age Limit:
Age of the appliers should not be below 45 years and above 55 years for Legal Consultant (Grade ‘F’) post. For Legal Consultant (Grade
‘C’/’D’) post age of applicants should not be below 30 years and above 45
years. Relaxation will be granted to reserved category aspirants as per the
rules and regulations of the government.
Application Fee:
Candidates need to pay application fee through online mode. Fee once paid shall
not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the fee be held in reserve for
any other examination or selection.
